God has answered your prayers for Tamil Nadu India - we have been blessed with rain! As of this February 16, 2017 we have experienced heavy, glorious, cooling rain for 5 days this month!

You may be wondering... "no big deal. It is just rain."

If you want to understand, read on.   

There has been a drought here for over 10 years! Last year the rainy season failed. We hardly had any rain. The lake across the street from my home is completely dried up. Now, it is the beginning of summer here in India. I have been told that the desert I am living in used to be lush and fruitful ground. 

Tamil Nadu's backbone is agriculture. Since the beginning of January, tragically over 200+ farmers have lost their lives from grief or stress due to their failed crops. The majority of these deaths are due to suicide. India needs rain. And India need's God's touch!

We visit many villages, gather the farmers together, and encourage them. We speak the life of God over their families, bless their homes and their businesses. We want them to experience God's love in action. 

This is why I celebrate every drop of rain!

We have been praying with strong faith that God will bring rain out of season because He is a Good Father.
