Manur Village
This Saturday we had the joy of visiting the small village of Manur which is located around a half hour away from us.
We got the "go ahead" from God.
John and I have been dreaming about traveling to small villages to bring them the life altering message of Jesus.
These precious people live in such a harsh environment with the weather and standards of living. In these hard conditions they heard the good news that God does not put conditions on His love for them. Rather, He freely lavishes his grace and love over them.
Our vision is to bring the unedited gospel to the poor people of India. These people have been taught that God is an angry King and judging them. They live out of this perspective and so condemnation and fear rules their lives rather than love. People either live their lives rooted in fear or rooted in love. Fear comes from the liar. But love comes from the Father. We are on a mission to encourage the followers of Jesus that God accepts them on the merit of Christ and that through faith they have received His righteousness.
These people lifted their faces up with hope as they understood that God's love is not passive in their lives, but that He is pursuing them as a Father to know them as sons and daughters.
John sharing on being faithful in the routine of life. He gave everyone an extra dose of joy!
Above is a little girl washing her hands for lunch after the meeting.
Pray for us!
We have been feeling a boldness filling us up from the inside to fight for Heaven's enforcement in our part of the world. And we know that your prayers are helping us bring revival in India.
Please continue speaking life into our village meetings!
Our Plans
We will be going into the streets to work one on one with the homeless as well. Pray for God's favor to go with us. Pray for us to have confidence because we do have a passion to see God's miracles touching people through our hands. We are so hungry!
We love you all!
Laurel & John Moses
We found this gem today. We turned onto a road we never drive down and found her walking alone. We stopped her and asked if she needed anything. She said she was starving and told us how she had been walking throughout the city looking for someone to help her. She had been to the food distribution center in the city and they had run out for the day. We handed her six food parcels. She cried from happiness and spoke a blessing over our whole team. We know it was no accident that we turned down that road. MANY were fed today but our Father always finds the ONE!
